David Energy mobile app
A React Native mobile app enabling smart charging for David Energy customers, shipped under a live revenue-loss deadline.
Context
In January 2024, Tesla moved to Bluetooth-only authentication. Overnight, smart charging broke for every David Energy customer with a Tesla vehicle, and every month without a fix meant crediting affected users. We built the mobile app that restored the flow, with native Bluetooth modules in Swift and Kotlin, and shipped to both app stores in under five weeks.
